Our semi CNC pipe bending machine can achieve upto 8 bends on a single length of pipe. The machine can accommodate pipes upto 4 meters in length & can bend pipes ranging from diameters 25mm OD to 120mm OD, and 7mm thickness.
With our special rotary welding machines we can achieve a high level x-ray quality welding at the pipe joints.
We can bend or fabricate pipes in MS , SS ( ERW or Seamless) & Aluminium.
We have various testing machines/instruments to check the weld quality, metal hardness, surface coating thickness, etc. We have a 2x1meter surface plate, thread gauges, height gauges etc to check machined parameters.
